Remedy Entertainment has announced a series of updates for Control Resonant, bringing new features and enhancements to the game following its recent release. Fans can look forward to exciting additions such as a New Game Plus Plus option, Photo Mode, and additional cosmetic items for characters.
New Game Plus Plus
The New Game Plus Plus feature, which is an enhancement over the existing New Game Plus, is slated for release in October. This option will allow players to start consecutive playthroughs without losing their accumulated progress, keeping most of Dylan Faden’s upgrades intact, although traversal abilities remain exempt to prevent gameplay issues.
Photo Mode on the Horizon
In response to player requests, a Photo Mode is set to be implemented in a November update. Known for crafting visually stunning games, Remedy Entertainment aims to provide players with a tool to capture and share the striking visuals of Control Resonant’s unique, skewed depiction of Manhattan.
Upcoming Cosmetic Enhancements
Additionally, Remedy is developing new cosmetic options for the main character, Dylan. While the studio has not specified a release date for these updates, they promise fresh wardrobe options to expand on the game’s eclectic fashion choices.
These updates reflect Remedy’s commitment to enriching the post-launch experience of Control Resonant, catering to player feedback and enhancing the game’s replayability and visual appeal.
