European ski enthusiasts have a chance to showcase their favourite small resorts in a travel competition this winter. With thousands soon to descend upon snowy destinations, we’re seeking recommendations for ski spots that remain intimate and authentic. Whether nestled in the Alps, Pyrenees, Scandinavia, or Eastern Europe, these unique resorts offer a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.
Your Chance to Win
Entrants stand to win a £200 voucher for a stay at any of the over 3,000 global Coolstays properties. Tom Hall from Lonely Planet will select the top tip of the week, which will be featured in the Guardian Travel section, both online and in print.
Submission Guidelines
Competitors should limit their submissions to approximately 100 words. While photos can be submitted to complement entries, it’s the descriptive narratives we’re eager to evaluate for awarding the prize. Note that participation is open solely to UK residents, and the deadline to submit your winning tip is 10am BST on Monday, 12 October.
